Who we are

Purilian is a Florence based deep-tech company that designs, builds and installs active noise cancellation (ANC) systems for industry. Our systems live outdoors, on stacks and ducts of production plants: sun, rain, snow, wind and vibration are part of the specification.

The role

We are looking for a junior profile to grow in the mechanical design of our products, working alongside the senior engineers with growing responsibility on enclosures, supports and installations.

What you will work on

• 3D CAD modelling (we work in Autodesk Fusion) and technical drawings for production.
• Bills of materials and project documentation.
• Support to structural and thermal checks.
• Quality checks on parts coming from outsourced production.
• Assembly and participation in installations at client sites.

What we look for

• A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent preparation; recent graduates are welcome.
• Good command of a 3D CAD.
• Basics of machine design and technical drawing.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work in the workshop and on site.
• Basic technical English; Italian is welcome but not required to start.

Nice to have

• Thesis or projects on physical products that were actually built.
• Familiarity with sheet metal and CNC processes.
• Notions of acoustics or NVH.
