Who we are

Purilian is a Florence based deep-tech company that designs, builds and installs active noise cancellation (ANC) systems for industry. We build real hardware: electronic boards, amplifiers, enclosures and mechanical structures that are produced, assembled and shipped to sites in Italy and abroad.

The role

The flow of purchases and supplies grows with the projects: electronic components from distributors, outsourced mechanical work, consumables, shipments to sites. We are looking for the person who manages it with method and makes it scale.

What you will work on

• Purchase of electronic components from international distributors (LCSC, Mouser, Digi-Key, Amazon Business): requests for quotation, orders, tracking, lead-time management.
• Management of outsourced mechanical work (sheet metal, CNC, painting): quotations, orders, incoming quality checks.
• Supplier qualification and management, with the documentation required by industrial clients (company registrations, DURC, supplier questionnaires).
• Logistics: shipments of material and instruments to sites in Italy and abroad, import/export paperwork when needed.
• Management of a small components warehouse and of project material.
• Administrative support on orders: confirmations, delivery notes, coordination with accounting.

What we look for

• At least 2 years in purchasing, technical back-office or supply chain roles, ideally in companies that make hardware.
• Documentary precision and order: codes, revisions, deadlines, traceability.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and management software.
• Working written English (suppliers are largely abroad); Italian is required for the administrative side.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electronic components (reading a part number and a bill of materials).
• Experience with international shipments and customs paperwork.
• Familiarity with electronic invoicing tools (we use Fatture in Cloud).

• Permanent contract, based in Florence, Italy.

• Compensation: EUR 30,000 gross per year (RAL).
